Negative Automatic Thoughts
This is one of the most common fear patterns that occurs in people that attend our courses. We will talk about what you can do with these negative automatic thoughts...

=====================================
What's the difference between sultanas, raisins and currants?
This may not be a key question that people with a fear of flying will think about. After all, they all look the same don't they????

However, we think it is important that despite these three looking the same, they are very different.

Raisins are dried white grapes. They are dried to produce a dark, sweet fruit.
Sultanas are also dried white grapes but from seedless varieties. They are golden in colour and tend to be plumper, sweeter and juicier than other raisins. Also referred to as Golden Raisins in the US.
Currants are dried, dark red, seedless grapes. They are dried to produce a black, tiny shrivelled and  flavour-packed.
So they may look the same, but they are not.
-----------------------------------------------------------
It is like this with fear of flying courses. At face value, they all look the same...BUT, they are not!  Without meaning to blow our own trumpets... Don't let dates of courses be the only decider. There is a heck of a lot of difference between the various courses 'out there.'  Take your time to decide which looks like the best ........... we look forward to seeing you soon!!

Take care
